Office Manager
Gail started with the company in 1988. Before working with EBS, she spent
10 years with another insurance company. Gail’s husband is Wayne, and
he is the owner of Wayne’s Trim Shop (an upholstery company). They
have one son and one granddaughter. |

Business and Claims Processor
Donna started with EBS in 1989, after
17 years with Berkline, a local industry. Donna’s husband is Jackie
and he is self-employed as a tile and floor mechanic. They have one daughter. |

Service Representative
Phyllis started with us in September 2002 after
16 years as Claims Manager with Universal (a local company). Her husband
David is an accountant for Douglas Cherokee. They have
two children, Kelsey
and Cory. |

Evelyn Griffin
Group and Individual Health Insurance
A married
Alabama native who moved to TN in 1990.
The mother of three grown children and grandmother of
five. She has a
twenty-five years background in customer services/sales support, primarily in the
printing industry. |

Mike
Flora
Mike heads
our Chattanooga operation where he and his father have been in business.
Mike has been with EBS since 1992, and was with The Equitable in Atlanta,
GA prior to that. Mike is married to Jamie. |

Gary
Lawson
Gary has been on staff here since 1996. He has been in the insurance
industry a total of 14 years. Gary's experience includes many home office
schools, several insurance sponsored classes, and an associates degree from
his service in the United States Air Force.
Gary and his wife Lisa have one son named Lynn. Lisa is a stay at home mother
who enjoys needlepoint, reading and watching old movies. Lynn is talented
in music and of course, video games. Gary's interests include riding ATV's,
fishing, church related activities, and camping. Gary is a certified lay
leader in his church and is currently a Trustee for Liberty Hill United
Methodist Church. |

Ed LaFleur
Ed started with
EBS in 1999. Before that he spent 10 years as a manufacturing sales rep.
Ed’s wife is Margie, who is a massage therapist in Dandridge, TN.
They have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. |

Gary Helton
Gary grew up in Morristown
and lives in the Lowland community. Previously, he worked with Liberty
National Insurance Company for 1 year. He joined EBS in October 2003.
He is single with one son, Brandon who is 10 years old. |
